Workability
Difficult to work with due to its extreme hardness and high cutting resistance. It quickly dulls cutting edges and contains silica. Glues and finishes well once prepped, though natural oils can sometimes interfere.
Finish Recommendations
Accepts polyurethane, lacquers, and oils well. Wiping down oily surfaces with a solvent prior to finishing helps ensure good adhesion.
Notable Features
